Roots to close women's wellness event
Hello friends,
We would like to invite you to a special women's wellness event event being
held at the Leverett Crafts and Arts Center Saturday, November 21st, 11am-
7pm. This is a benefit event; please come support it!
Women in our communities will
offer a variety of services, participatory classes, demonstrations and
wellness workshops to create an entire day of sacred and intentional free
space for our women to relax into their Womb~I~Verse. The flow of the day
will be centered around women receiving body and energy work, learning
about their bodies, birthing choices and creating the births we envision,
physical and emotional wellness, learning how to create ceremonies, tools
of transformation and meaningful ritual, writing and recording our
herstories, and creating the art of our feminine journey's.
Our day will begin with a Yoga/Meditation focusing on women's wellness
taught by Michele Ostiguy, Michele will also offer mini self care
treatments in Maya Abdominal Massage and we will end the day with a
grounding Yoga Class to fully integrate all the day has offered. Delicious
and healthy food will be available through out the day.
Gaia Roots will
perform at 7pm with dancers for a $5 donation
All proceeds raised at the door will benefit both the PV Red Tent Temple Project
and The Leverett Arts And Crafts Center.
