!!!!!~YOUTH SUNDAY~!!!!!

Hey everybody, THIS SUNDAY the 7th, is YOUTH SUNDAY!!! When we get to
run the whole thing! Its gonna rock.

Here are the details:

Nov 6 - Saturday Night Rehearsal. Arrive at 5:30pm to set everything
up and do a full run through. (unless you are on the worship team and
you'll be there much earlier).
If you have a task you are doing on Sunday you really need to be here
Sat if you can. If you don't, it would be great if you were there
Saturday night at 6pm just to join us for worship! But if that doesn't
work, don't worry about it).

SUNDAY Nov 7 - Worship team arives at 2:30. Everyone else arrives at
3:30ish to setup chairs and other things in the room (we can't leave
them on Saturday night).
@ 4:30 we will stop everything and pray
Worship starts at 4:50

Here is who we have for tasks:

Alyssa - Setting up and overseeing worship art
Amber and Andrea - Ushers (passing the tithe buckets)
Grace and Bethany - Greeters
Elliott - Trivia question (Elliott, you'll need to bring a small
prize!)
Tara - Announcements and scripture reading (Luke 22:7-21 - Practice
it!)
Kyle, Jake, Brogan, Ashley - Leading worship
Keith - Scripture reading (2 short passages)
Paul - Preachin it!

Stuff we still need:
Art supplies such as markers and charcoal (if you have some, bring
em!)
Candles (bring em!)
Friends and family (BRING THESE TOO!!!)

There we go, I'm stoked! See you guys Saturday.
