Gimbal trouble shooting

Hi,

I have been facing a problem with the gimbal.Please find the video in the following link. The roll arm doesn't rest to zero nor it does reach to any specified angle. What would you suggest regarding this.

Hi, 

I suppose PID problems. Did you change the firmware in the board? 

I did a rapid search for PID in our documentation, but I could not find anything specific to it. I remember we used a Martinez board manual where we found a procedure to adjust the PID. Jim, was that in a manual or on a forum?

I propose to collect the lessons learned here in this Manual.

I also think that that it is PID problem. Two of the wires wire disconnected and we soldered it. I guess I am having problem since then. What would you suggest? Do I have to replace it with a new one? If so can I buy it from sensorica or if there are any sources please suggest me.
