Hi everyone!
We have a new design featuring 2 L-shaped brackets making a U-shape combined. We've implemented this because the 3D printed plastic parts are bending under the weight and lever distance from the motor axis out. So the 1st axis needed a bigger motor and the now U-shaped bracket is holding in 2 points (Gimbal is standing on 2 legs now). We have also added a counter weight to balance the the gimbal on its 1st axis. The parts are printed and the Gimbal is assembled and tested, video from Jim on its way,

NOTE: the 2nd leg of the Gimbal, the side without motor, that leg is attached to the U-shaped bracket with a bearring we had at hand (From hard disc) but the design can easilymodified to fit custom bearring.
