For those of you who are going to be participating in Microsoft's Puzzle Hunt this weekend, keep puzzle theory in mind while you do it. Pick out a few puzzles that you think might lend themselves especially well to puzzle theoretical analysis, and we'll dissect them on this list next week.
Btw, does everyone feel like they understand puzzle theory well enough to be able to even understand this request? I realize the slides from my original presentation might not be quite enough background info on their own. What else do we need to define and document for people to know how to get started thinking about puzzle theory?
