[Game] gem setter port

not sure if you've heard of this, but there's this game called gem setter which I've been trying to port over to puzzlescript as some sort of learning opportunity...? idk

anyways, here's my current progress: (using puzzlescript plus solely so I can have bigger sprites lol)
