Putnam County Emergency Operations Center: Monitoring Situation
County Situation & Actions:
On May 13, 2008, the Putnam County Board of County Commissioners declared a Local State of Emergency and Emergency Order as provided for by Chapter 252 Florida Statues and by Putnam County Ordinance No. 96-14. On June 10, 2008, the Local State of Emergency and Executive Order regarding opening burring originally dated May 13, 2008 was extended for seven (7) days through June 17, 2008.
