Help in providing TTS Rules regarding Pay on Ex-Pakistan Leave after Permanent Tenured Appointment

Dear Colleagues

Assalam-o-Alaikum.

I need assistance/guidance from your university rules regarding payment of salary on ex-Pakistan leaves on account of personal affairs (performing hajj/umrah, etc.). In February, I performed Umrah (15 days duration) and my university firstly converted me on BPS and then deducted over 150,000/- including conveyance allowance without any notification. Normally, the Registrar's office makes a notification on TTS, indicating that the payment for this duration shall be on BPS, but after tenure, the said office even did not mention that, and the Treasurer's  Office deducted the amount without intimation.

I am in need of help regarding TTS rules for such kind of practice in your university. Kindly provide any evidence for the same. I shall be very thankful to you for this help.
