Dear Researchers,

We are pleased to announce a call for manuscripts for a special issue on “Management of Plant Nematode and Bacterial Diseases” in the esteemed journal [Life] (IF: 3.253, ISSN 2075-1729).

Plant nematodes and bacterial diseases are major threats to global agriculture and food security. These pests cause significant economic losses by reducing crop yield and quality. Therefore, managing these pests is critical for sustainable agricultural production.

This special issue aims to bring together the latest research on the management of plant nematodes and bacterial diseases. We invite original research papers that cover a wide range of topics related to the management of these pests, including:

• Novel approaches for the control of nematodes and bacterial diseases
• Mechanisms of resistance to nematodes and bacteria
• The role of biocontrol agents in nematode and bacterial disease management
• The use of natural products for the control of plant pests
• Management strategies for nematode and bacterial diseases in different cropping systems
• Advances in the understanding of the molecular and cellular biology of nematodes and bacteria
• Integrated pest management strategies for nematodes and bacterial diseases
• Economic and social impacts of nematode and bacterial disease management

Manuscripts will be reviewed by experts in the field and published in the special issue after acceptance. We encourage you to submit your high-quality research and contribute to advancing the understanding and management of plant nematodes and bacterial diseases.
