A Suspected Hijacked/Predatory Journal Listed in HEC HJRS System

This journal is present on two different websites, each having completely different contents, but with almost similar names and the same ISSN (1673-064X).
The HEC-HJRS system shows that the ISSN: 1673-064X is listed under the X category (https://hjrs.hec.gov.pk/index.php?r=site%2Fresult&id=1001653#journal_result).
The details of the journal are as follows:

Website: Journal of Xi'an Shiyou University (Natural Science Edition)
Based on my understanding, it appears that both websites, namely https://www.xisdxjxsu.asia/ and https://xianshiyoudaxuexuebao.com/KNavi/JournalDetail1.html, are operating as hijacked copies of the journal, which has become discontinued/defunct. Furthermore, I could not find any evidence of such a journal on the official website of Xi'an Shiyou University.
I kindly request you to carefully review the aforementioned facts. If any one identify the existence of a "Genuine" journal with a valid URL, kindly provide this information. Otherwise, ask HEC to remove it from the HJRS system and publish this information for the benefit of the academic community beacuse majority of papers published in it of Pakistani authors
