Hey, I downloaded the tutuapp yesterday. I didn't install it, but added it to device management. Is it a jailbreak? And if I deleted and reset my phone to factory settings, is my ios software flawless?
iOS on it's own as a platform does not contain the tools for developers to hack the device, so while nothing is flawless a compromised app would not be able to hide malicious code if it's from the App Store
I don't think tutuapp is jail break, its latest version app is available on the internet for free. Although you should watch video for its installation. On youtube you will get a detailed video if its jailbreak too.

To remove it, just select remove from the Device Management page. Consider using AltServer instead to install other apps. Restoring the iPhone to factory settings is just annoying for me.
