I think things are not going on the track ,
as a matter of fact the company people always assures about the
commencement date and they are not doing or rather we can say the are
not not intrested to do any thing intentionally.

Dear Alankar, and friends,

It is very clear that the builder, Pushpanjali group, is not serious
in delivering the project to us.

They are only interested in collecting money from us. They could be
diverting our invested money for their own gains only, and least
concerned about us investors.

We need some clear answers from the builder which are our very basic
fundamental rights as an investor in their project :

When will the builder complete the project with all the promised
features/facilities, which they had promised at the time of booking ?
When will we get the possession of the project ?
What is the penalty clause for the delay ?
What is our exit option, which we would be forced to consider, since
the builder has already failed to deliver the required services in
time ?

We must also take the legal opinion on the issue and initiate the same
urgently.

I am also an aggrieved investor of Pushpanjali Meadows and had invested in 2 plots in 2007. I have not paid the development charges as yet, but they are not willing to listen. They have not informed me about the 'development' to merit these 'development charges'. I am currently out of town. Does anyone have an update ? What are other investors doing ? Please also keep me posted about this.

Well, We have no choice !!! I fought with then for 2 week and they behave like goon and threaten to pay panelty. I have visted their Noida office many time... I have paid amount after negotiation.  Please don't ask detail...Bottom line is negotiation .. I wana sell my 2 plots for 1800 rates ( current rate 3500 as per company)
