Table A: This is actuals summary based on receipt book details. This do not include any amounts which is due either from advertisement, committee funds or any other source. Per this table, we have 32409 as funds and 51000 from committee funds.

This is table to show the expected revenue & expenses in coming days including Smarika & Pushkarna Divas. If we consider this and existing funds (excluding committee funds) we still run into deficit of Rs. 14991. Now we need to decide to show this table and request funds on that day in terms of donations or we show table 1 and mention that this do not include expenses of Pushkarna Divas and request ppl to donate to cover the expenses. Let me know if you need detailed analysis.
