Below are the minutes and discussion points from our last meeting.
SMARIKA:
- All updates done and book sent for printing. 300 copies to be printed.
- Bishnu to pull information of Ad’s received and against whom. Total revenue generated from it.
- On book issue, non-registered members to be charged Rs.151.00 only. However if they register on Pushkarna Divas and pay the full fees (1100 + 500) then the book will be distributed free. Registered members will get one copy. For additional copies, Rs.151.00 to be charged.
WEBSITE:
- Chetanji’s brother working on it. Will be ready by Sunday.
- Information to be uploaded in website to be requested by Chetanji to respective members.
PUSHKARNA DIVAS PREPARTION:
- FOOD: Committee agreed to give contract to Baidyanath after considering all options. He has been confirmed via phone.
- USTRAVAHINI POOJA:
o Vijayrajji to get Parushuram Photo. Ustravahini phot available with Ashok Uncle.
o Vicky to get all Pooja items including vessels. Purchases to be made include:
§ Flowers
§ Mishra Peda as Prasad (3 KG)
§ Fruits for Pooja
§ Coconut – 13 pieces
§ Flower Garland – 13 pieces
§ Vessels
o Ashutoshji will sing Ganesh Vandana and Aarthi.
- ON DIAS:

o Arvindji to provide updates on the last year work, website launch, membership, financials.
§ Bishnu to provide the details of membership registration, financials and advertisement to Arvindji by 15th Aug.
o Arvindji Invites for speech – Dev Kishanji, Ashoji Guichya, Sudhirji. – Not sure if I missed someone we agreed on.
- GARGI PURASKAAR:
o Certificates & Book to be provided to children with distinction.
§ All send details to Bishnu about the names received.
§ Bishnu\Vicky to get the certificates ready.
- CULTURAL PROGRAMME:
o Chetanji, Ashutosji, Geetanjaliji will take care of stage arrangements and conduct of program.
o All send details to Chetanji about the participants.
o Geetanjaliji to do anchoring for the program.
o Vicky to get the Trophies for the winders – 6 tropies (1, 2 & 3rd prize for two categories (below 15 & Above 15).
- POST LUNCH:
o Q&A Session
o Games – Musical chair
OTHERS:
- Arvindji to get the Samaj seal J

Speech :
1. It'd be good if we invite DevKishan ji, Gopinath ji, and Santosh ji to say few words.
2. Amita A Guchiya is preparing for a short speech on "Pushkarna Diwas" - lets encourage her
3. Sudhir bha can address and say few words post-lunch, and then we can immediately start Q&A session, and Ashok ji Guchiya will ofcourse come-in for Vote-of-Thanks at the end.
Gargi Puraskar:
Let me know the nos. of books/prize I need to get. I plan to go shopping for these on 15th Aug.
Banners:
What about this? How many would we have?
Trophy:
I think we agreed to ask the Team Angry Birds to get the trophy on 18th Aug, and we can call them upon stage to present the same again.

Speech:
Anybody is fine, but need to notify them beforehand. Who will take care of this ?
Amita Guchiya speech is ready ? I recall Abhishek was to get the speech ready and AMita will read out.
Sudhirji, we agreed on this.
Gargi Puraskar:
Will get the details tomorrow.
Banners:
We are getting two banners from Bikaner by Ashok uncle. One with Ustravahini photo, Samaj name and registration nr. Another with Committee members photos with welcome message. Two banners we already have that were used in last two functions.
Trophy:
Yes, we will want Angry birds to get the trophy and to be represented. I asked Vicky to check about the stickers\naming on the trophy. If that can be done quickly, then we would want on that trophy as well to get the sticker\name.
For other trophies for competition, have notified Vicky about the count.
