Minutes of Pushkarna Samaj Committtee Meeting held on 20th Oct, 2013

Below are the minutes from today’s meeting (20^th Oct, 2013)

 

Attendees: Bishnu Vyas, Ashok Guchiya, Vicky Purohit, Ashok Vyas

Planned Absence: Chetan Bohra, Sudhir Purohit, Ravi Purohit, Arvind Purohit.

Unplanned Absence: Vijay Raj Purothi, Ashok Vyas (Bannerghatta Road), Abhay Acharya.

 

Points discussed today 20^th October, 2013.

-          Advertisement Revenues to be collected as early as possible. Mail sent again today to all to check the dues under each name and update same by 30^th Oct.

-          As discussed in earlier meeting, the amount of Rs. 10200\- to be collected from Committee members towards committee funds to be put on hold. The collected money to be returned back. Vicky to check with Bank on how to reverse the transaction who have paid it online.

-          Membership drive to be started again. All need to meet to finalize the plan.

-          It was decided that until all funds from Membership\pending donation\advertisement is collected, no plans for any gathering. Funds collection is Number One priority now.

-          Need to start the preparation for Annual General Meeting and Election process.

 

Next Meeting:

Committee next meeting will be held on 10^th November, 2013 i.e. week after Diwali. Please plan accordingly and everybody’s presence is important.
