This week we will want to meet first and close on open topics and then venture out for funds collection. I propose to meet at Ashokji office at West of Chord road, unless somebody has other options.
We have make ourselves available for 12 Noon to 7 PM this Sunday. Please plan accordingly.
Topics to be closed:
- Website: Arvindji, I have sent the details of login, can you please check with Sudarshanji if he can complete the work by Sunday. Or else we have to find alternative. Chetanji had some suggestion, if this also not ready, we have to find professional, so please come up with some names in case you are aware of.
- Bhavan Booking: Abhay to finish this by Friday. Ashokji\Vicky to get DD ready by tomorrow and hand over to Abhay.
- Food for Pushkarna Divas: Abhay to come up with the quotation by Sunday. Menu was confirmed last week.
- Samarika: Arvindji, can you please get the soft copy ready with the details available.
- Advertisement: All, please get the advertisement matter ready in word document by this Sunday. Please send the word document to Arvindji and me. This will be final compilation, thus get as much as possible. Vicky, Ashokji, Sudhirji, get the matter ready for your respective advertisement material.
- Communication: I have not yet updated the Facebook with venue and announcement of event. Want to do that only after bhavan booking is confirmed. Can’t take chances J. If Bhavan booking confirmed tomorrow, then will start the communication and also get SMS sent out from Ashok Uncle.
Lastly, would like all members to be available for all Sundays till 18th August. No excuses whatsoever. We all have committed to work towards this society, so let us find time from our busy schedule and dedicate it to Samaj.
Ashoji Vyas, we have missed you in all previous meetings. Please do make it this time without fail. We really need your services.
Anything else to be added, please do so and we will concentrate on all topics.

Please find attached my review comments against the directory word document.
It feels good to see all the info in one single doc finally, kudos to Arvind ji for putting this all together!
However I feel we require another couple of days efforts to finish it off!
Probably one should take-up the responsibility to call the members to get the required info.
Also few of these members, when I approached earlier, had said that they have forwarded the desired info to us (committee people). Hence I request everyone to check their mail box and dig-in for the same.

Ok. Then I will try to check my mails and other sources if I can get the details. Also others please check the file sent by Arvindji and if anything you can add, please go ahead.
In the mean time, can you add the Adverstisement details from Sudhirji in the document. Also create pages as it should be i.e. number the pages and atleast give description on what we will have it in page.

I have done the first round of details. I will do another check for missing details and also expect to get some details by tomorrow. In the workbook I have added pages and listed what should be covered. Please check if this looks good.
Arvindji, with your expert knowledge on work, can you add the advertisement details at respective pages. My view was to include adverstisement before the members list and after members list rather than every alternate page as decided earlier.
For member for whom we had incomplete details or who have not registered but some information available, I have included them in the last few pages. Check if this looks ok.
Pending on the book:
- To include the well wishes messages from eminent personalities.
- Page to include donor list or rather to highlight those who had worked earlier to get this samaj going on.
- Any other member details which can be added by Sunday.
- Please check photos against names, please.
- Anything other matter like the poem Chetanji spoke about, general information, or anything you fit is good to have.
We will meet on Sunday to finalize this. I think 2-3 guys can work on this on Sunday and remaining guys can get other work done. What do you say ?
