Ok, my choice for May's reading is, Engelby by Sebastian Faulks.
I have made the choice only because he is one of my favourite authors and I am keen to see what you all think of him. His book Bird Song, still makes me cry, no matter how many times I reread it. I think if an author can stir up enough emotion as to cause real tears, just with words on paper, then they must be good!
The book was published in late 07 and is out in paperback now. If it causes problems for those not in the uk, then I have a back up book!
Ps, I am catching up now, have finished The History of Love. Ali, can I have permission to write a very very late review? I know we agreed 7 March!

I have not started the book yet, and have 5 assignments outstanding so do not think i will get round to it or even the next one at all... but am enjoying reading the reviews.
