PureScript by Example updates needed

Hi,

I'm just starting out and noticed that this first example is out of date in this book https://leanpub.com/purescript/read#leanpub-auto-hello-purescript

Couldn't find a way to contact the author so thought I'd post here... Though I see there haven't been any new topics in the last few months... Is this still alive?

Most of the activity (that I know of) is on Slack (https://fpchat-invite.herokuapp.com/) and on Discourse (https://discourse.purescript.org). 

There's an ongoing effort to update the book. Check out https://github.com/dwhitney/purescript-book/tree/0.12
