URL handler

How can i implement URL handler for CFNetwork?

What i want to do is, right handler for file:// scheme, and force application to use my handler, in some cases, i would like to use default handler.

If more inputs are needed, please ask me.

I do not need more input, however I'm curious about the purpose of this scary feature. Which kind of project are you involved in?
