[Pure Bliss] Don't Procrastinate Your Life Away

I have a procrastination problem (admitting you have a problem is the first step.) After conversations with some of my cousins, we've determined it's genetic, and perhaps future generations of Malmquists will do something about it ;).  In school I would joke about the problem. Mostly because those projects that teachers would tell you cannot be completed the night before they are due...I did them the night before they were due... and got a good grade.  I became very proud of my procrastination abilities, but now I am adult, and I am building a business to support me and my future family.  I don't have due dates. Procrastination no longer ends with me pulling an all nigher writing a ten page paper (yep, did that.)  It ends with my successful future being delayed.

Tomorrow I make a huge leap towards my future.  I am scared.  I have been putting it off since June, and I have come dangerously close to putting it off again.   

I came upon three quotes (almost simultaneously) that will keep me trucking:

• "Don't procrastinate your life away" -Daniel
• "Feel the fear and do it anyways" -Dani (source unknown)
• "Just Do It"- yes, it's by Nike, but it popped in my head while talking about my situation.

Time to close my eyes & leap (before this post gets a little too cliche.)

And, let's all hope you Chicagoans will being seeing my jewelry in a local boutique ;)
