URGENT request for team meeting: We are in the Ford Foundation Grant Semi Finalists

Dear All,

We are one of the 20 teams in the nation chosen as semifinalists for the Ford Foundation Grant!

Only 10 teams will receive the grant.

To pass to the final round, we need to make a short video for our project due May 23rd. I know many of you have left, so this is not going to be easy.

I would like to meet tomorrow with everyone who is still here to brainstorm and plan the video.

Does 10am at GEP tomorrow sound good?

Hi Eleni et al,

Maybe it would be better to just combine this meeting with the
pre-departure meeting later this week or early next week.

Everyone should have received an email from Anne yesterday about the
pre-departure. If we want to meet this week for the visa stuff, it will
have to be sometime on Thursday morning before noon. Otherwise let's
shoot for next Monday/Tuesday.

Try to have all of your immunizations done by the time of the meeting. I
can strongly recommend the PUSH travel office as they have had many
Cameroon travelers come through their doors.

I cannot be there for meeting since I am in Germany.  However, I can get the visa from Berlin.  I am completely immunized.  With whom can I work to receive the visa?  For instance, i would need a written communique about the purpose of my travel as well as reimbursement for the visa fees.
