Design Review Feedback Sheet

Hello all,
I am attaching a Feedback Sheet for the design review we had yesterday. Please fill it out anonymously either typed or hand-written responses by Monday. If you are typing up responses, please upload them to the Google Drive in the folder called "Design Review Feedback". If you are printing them, try your best to scan them and upload the document or give it to Patrick in the GEP office so we can compile all the comments.

Remember, do NOT put your name on the feedback sheet.
