I am subleasing 1 room for the Spring 2010 semester. There is one
bathroom upstairs with a toilet and shower. There is a second bathroom
downstairs in the large basement with a toilet and shower. The washer
and dryer is also in the basement. The kitchen has a stove, oven,
microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishes. The location is 10 minutes
walking distance from the engineering mall. The house also has a
garage and a driveway. The driveway fits four cars in a 2x2 formation.
The bedroom will not be furnished, but the rest of the house will.
Utilities are not included in the $433/month rent.
