Hi!
Hope your summer has been enjoyable thus far! As we entered into a new fiscal year on July 1, I wanted to send you some important club communications:
1. Updates to Club Handbook for FY 2020-21 (see attached for the new, improved handbook)
· Engagement events may be either virtual or in-person to qualify for the club recognition program.
i. Per the University’s guidelines announced July 2020: Reminder that all clubs MUST seek approval for off-campus, in-person activities AND follow the Protect Purdue Plan.
· Event attendee lists (for both virtual and in-person events) are required to qualify for the club recognition program. Attach attendee lists to each post-event information form submitted.
· Dues-sharing reimbursement requests are now part of the post-event information form.
· With the Alumni Leaders Conference going virtual, the $250 ALC travel reimbursement is no longer offered.
· TO DO: Sanctioned Club Presidents only – please fill out Appendix A (attached) and return to me to receive operational support funds for 2020-21 fiscal year.
2. Club Recognition Program Results for FY 2019-20
· Thank you for all of your hard work on behalf of the Purdue Alumni Club of Colorado this past year!
· Club Presidents should have already received communication regarding your club’s Gold, Silver, or Bronze “P” status.
We appreciate all you do for the Purdue Alumni Club of Colorado.
Have a great day and Hail Purdue!
