Good afternoon Roy,
On this beautiful Chicago afternoon, we share a BIG announcement about the alumni club program.
Clubs will receive their remaining FY 2021-22 dues sharing balance in January!
As we evaluate processes to streamline, dues sharing tops the list. We hope having the dues sharing funds upfront will help you in planning engagement and scholarship fundraising events, and put an end to some paperwork and mountains of receipts.
Below are important dates to know during this transition. In January, we will share updated post-event information and dues sharing guidelines.
Dues Sharing Timeline
· December 1, 2021
o Last day to submit dues sharing requests for events July 1 – November 30.
· December 2021
o PFLF processes dues sharing requests.
o Dues sharing balances reconciled.
· January 2021
o Alumni clubs sent remaining dues sharing balance.
o PFLF sends checks to the alumni club’s treasurer.
