Hey everyone! Is anyone planning on going to the icehouse for the game today or the NCAA tourney on the 15th?

Purdue is asking us to host a game watch/send emails to promote...

Ok thanks Pete! 

Ill hold off on promoting this as an official one and do the NCAA ones. Purdue requires attendance to be taken (names/emails) due to their covid rules.

We can do an easy google form with QR code print out for people to sign in with for the other games.

I’m all about getting my little girls (1yr and 3yr olds) to watch Purdue play in the tourney. So whenever I can get to Icehouse, I’ll be there. I’ll just likely be corralling them into a booth so can’t take on much of a formal assistance role.

Some details from Purdue about game watch emails for NCAA. Let me know if anyone can make these. I created a simple google form to collect contact info for the host...all that would be needed is to print out the QR codes a few times and set them out and ask folks to fill it out.

Our beloved Boilers play tomorrow at 2 PM ET! With both BigTen and NCAA tournaments hosted right here in Indiana! For Rounds 1 & 2 of the NCAA tournament, we will send an email with your club’s game watch location(s). If your club will not be hosting game watches throughout these tournaments, please disregard this and follow up tournament emails. We included multiple timeframes of when Purdue might play in both rounds since selections will not be announced until Sunday, March 14 at 6:30 PM ET. Select the times the club would host a game watch.

 

Submissions due Sunday, March 14 at 11:59 PM ET.

·         We want to give our alumni, friends, and fans ample notice. Our communications team is ready to prepare each club’s email on Monday, March 15. 

·         We will continue the game watch emails throughout the tourney. The survey link will change each week. Check the Thursday emails for any updates.

Is anyone going to icehouse for the tourney games? I think the first one is today? (I havent been following really to be honest)
