FYI for dues sharing and scholarship this year. I am looking in to see where we are in terms of progress for hitting the endowment and if they will push the deadline back due to COVID.

I also had a great fundraiser idea for the alumni assoc - selling Purdue face masks. Maria is looking into that as well with the club marketing team to see if they can get any bulk deals.

Congratulations on achieving Gold status this past year! All of the time, hard work, and dedication you and your fellow club leaders have demonstrated throughout the year has made a significant impact engaging with Purdue alumni and friends in your area.

 

Your club has earned a total of $1,732.50 in dues sharing to use during the 2020-21 fiscal year, which ends June 30, 2021.  This is calculated from the 693 Purdue Alumni Association members in your club area as of June 30, 2020.  These funds, which are provided on a reimbursement basis to cover the net cost of a qualifying event, are for use to enhance alumni programming throughout the fiscal year.  The payment request form to use for reimbursement is now part of the post event information form. You will find details regarding the dues sharing procedures on this online form, so please read that at your convenience.

 

You have also earned a $1,000.00 gift for your club’s scholarship account held at Purdue University.  We are so appreciative for your dedication to your club’s scholarship program and I hope this helps you in supporting the next generation of Boilermakers in your area.
