Announce: Puppet 2.7.25 is available

2.7.25 is a bugfix release in the Puppet 2 series. Please note that this release is supported by the community; Puppet Labs is not responsible for maintaining the release. This release fixes:

Andrew Parker (1):
       233e80 (Maint) Add rake task for running specs on win

Dominic Cleal (1):
       3ea78c (PUP-1255) Fix assumed default file mode to 0644

Kylo Ginsberg (1):
       4e10a0 (PUP-1255) Don't use POSIX defaults on Windows

Please note that there are no longer DMG's or MSI's available for the 2.7 series. Users still on 2.7 using Puppet on OSX or Windows with the aforementioned native packaging formats should upgrade to the 3.x series as soon as possible.
