Windows msi needed to udpate dns server list

Hi,

 

I have a large number of windows server systems that use static IP addresses (no dhcp) and I need to update the dns server IP address list.

 

Does anyone have a suggestion of how to do this using and msi?  I plan to use the puppet agent to run the msi to make the updates, but if someone has a different suggestion on puppet to mange that list of IP addresses on windows, we are open to suggestions !!
