Supported modules

Some great development work has taken place including completing the conversion of templates from ERB to EPP, the firewall module getting restructured to use Puppet resource API, strict types and clean up of parameters and some major work took place on the apache module to meet community requests and modernise.

It is also important to note all DSC autogenerated modules were downgraded from supported to approved to reflect the fact our process does not support the content taken from the Powershell Gallery but only the process that wraps them.

An important clarification was brought to my attention, thanks bastelfreak (Tim), that the postgresql module was updated to 10.0.1 and that the previously mentioned 10.0.0 version should NOT be used.
