Irregular Errors: ReplaceFile(...json): Cant replace File (Windows Server 2016)

Good evening together,

i have a strange behaviour on my puppet agent hosts.

All my hosts getting on different times a ReplaceFile Error. On every Host its on a different time. It can be run 20 times good, and then a Error get caused.

ReplaceFile(C:/ProgramData/PuppetLabs/puppet/cache/client_data/catalog/host.my-domain.com.json, C:/ProgramData/PuppetLabs/puppet/cache/client_data/catalog/host.my-domain.com.json20170608-3876-12uoizn): The Data who should be replaced cant be deleted

Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: ReplaceFile(C:/ProgramData/PuppetLabs/puppet/cache/client_data/catalog/host.my-domain.com.json.json, C:/ProgramData/PuppetLabs/puppet/cache/client_data/catalog/host.my-domain.com.json20170608-3876-12uoizn): The Data who should be replaced cant be deleted

In my Infrastructure are only Windows Server 2016 hosts and only one CentOS Server. The CentOS Server had no problems. This caused only on my Windows Machines. I dont know what could be the problem and how i can figure this out.

Can somebody help?
