Puppet enterprise 2016.1.1 installation failing with following error

My RedHat system do not have access to internet and while installing puppet .

/var/log/puppetlabs/installer/install_log.lastrun.template2.example.com.log file for more
   info.+ display_newline

What is in the log file?

Nothing is in that password check log file

Update:

There were some issue in crontab , after fixing those error got fixed
