Ubuntu 16.04 Puppet PE apt-get update errors in 'Invalid date'

Hi,

I get an eror when I do apt-Get:1 file:/opt/puppetlabs/server/data/packages/public/2017.1.0/ubuntu-16.04-amd64-1.9.3 ./ InRelease

It is on my EC2 Ubuntu. Has anyone had an idea? 

[Removing the file did not help...]
