Puppet Dashboard 1.2.23 disable link in Main html page

Can someone point me to a way to disable the Puppet Dashboard Version link in the top left corner of the main page?

 

Is there a possible way to do this through settings.yml file?

 

The reason I need to do this is that we have no internet access and clicking on the link attempts to connect to github and i'd like to avoid that.

 

Otherwise any way I can find the source page for the code , I would appreciate your help, thanks in advance.
