Running puppet agent --test times out on puppet vm tutorial

I was running the puppet vm inside Ubuntu/VirtualBox VM. It times out running that command.

I am putitng this here, with the answer, to help others.

The fix for me was to go to THREE Gigabytes of memory and 2 processors. The ducumentation says to use at least 2 gigabytes, and never said anything about more than one processor.
