New apt repos return 401 unauthorized

It seems the latest release for puppet8 on Ubuntu 24.04 Noble configures the following apt repo, which is different from in the past:
https://apt-puppetcore.puppet.com noble InRelease
  401  Unauthorized

Has anyone else come across this trying to upgrade to the latest versions of software?

Just use the packages provided by Debian/Ubuntu or switch to OpenVox (https://github.com/openvoxproject).
