Projects.puppetlabs.com undergoing maintenance at 9PM PST

Hello,

We will be performing maintenance on Puppet Labs redmine at projects.puppetlabs.com starting at 9PM PST. During this time redmine will be unavailable. Estimated downtime for maintenance is one hour after which all redmine projects will be read-only in favor of tickets.puppetlabs.com , our new bug tracker, which allows public user sign up and access starting at 9:30PM PST, with the exception of the Ask and CLA projects. They will follow soon. I will send a follow up notification when this maintenance has been completed.

Redmine maintenance has been completed successfully and the site is now in read-only mode. One-click issue migration has been enabled for open tickets in the following Redmine projects:

  - Puppet

  - Puppet Enterprise (Public)

  - Facter

  - Hiera

  - MCollective

  - PuppetDB

Let us know if you have any questions about the migration or if the ticket exporter on the old Redmine site does not appear to be working properly!
