Puppet agent windows XP invalid byte sequence in US-ASCII

HI.

I try run puppet agent on Windows XP and get error:

C:\Documents and Settings\Admin>puppet agent -t

Info: Creating a new SSL key for user-8097ad4a5a

Error: Could not request certificate: Could not write C:/Documents and Settings/

All Users/Application Data/PuppetLabs/puppet/etc/ssl/private_keys/user-8097ad4a5

a.pem to privatekeydir: invalid byte sequence in US-ASCII

Exiting; failed to retrieve certificate and waitforcert is disabled

Somebody know how run puppet agent on Windows XP?

I used:

puppet-3.6.2.msi

Windows XP SP3
