puppet dashboard Pending statistics always 0

Hi,

I've set up puppet dashboard and my puppet master 3.6.0 is sending its reports.

However, when i run an agent in noop mode, the Pending column on the dashboard for that node remains 0.  While it should not be 0.

The nodes pending stats on the left side are always 0 too.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?
