Ruby question with Dashboard

Whenever i run this command i get this error, how do I resolve it?

rake RAILS_ENV=production db:migrate --trace
rake aborted!
No Rakefile found (looking for: rakefile, Rakefile, rakefile.rb,
Rakefile.rb)

you need to run this command from the dashboard's root directory e.g. /usr/share/puppet-dashboard/
