Hello, could you please add a link or copy from el/7 to el/7Server ?

Like you have for el5 and el6 :

http://yum.puppetlabs.com/el/6/
http://yum.puppetlabs.com/el/6Server/

http://yum.puppetlabs.com/el/5/
http://yum.puppetlabs.com/el/5Server/

This would ease deployment on official RHEL7 :

$repo_puppetlabs_products =
      'http://yum.puppetlabs.com/el/$releasever/products/$basearch',
$repo_puppetlabs_deps     =
      'http://yum.puppetlabs.com/el/$releasever/dependencies/$basearch',

$releasever is 7 on Centos 7 but 7Server on RHEL 7
