New Puppet Metadata file creation prevented

Hi,

I noticed that creating a "New Puppet Metadata" metadata.json file prevents creation with message "File name must be 'Modulefile'"

+1 Yep. And if you change the filename to Modulefile, the error disappears but the button to create file stops doing anything.

That's bad. Can you please add a JIRA issue on this? I'll try to get it into the 4.3.1 release that I'm working on.
