Bolt 1.31.0 now available

We're happy to announce the release of Bolt 1.31.0. Highlights in this release include:

• Plugins can now ship with modules
• All configuration options now support file path expansion
• Eliminated an incorrect error message with certain WinRM configuration settings
• Improved consistency of plugin configuration and behavior
