relative paths to defines deprecated?

I've noticed that relative paths to defines don't work in Puppet 4.x, but I'm unsure if that change is intentional or not. They do work in 3.x with future parser.

I guess this was https://tickets.puppetlabs.com/browse/PUP-121. So the change was intentional then.

Yes, the change was intentional, but all holes were not plugged right
away IIRC.
