Announce: puppet-agent 1.4.2 is available

Puppet Agent 1.4.2 is now available! This is a bugfix release that addresses issues found after the 1.4.1 release, including a security-relevant fix for Ruby Puppet Masters.

This release also includes new packages for Ubuntu 16.04 and Huawei devices and drops support for Debian 6, Ubuntu 15.04, and Fedora 21.
