[Announce] Release of PDK v1.3.2

Hello Everyone!

Today we’re happy to announce the latest release of PDK, version 1.3.2. This is a bugfix release contains fixes surrounding the pdk convert feature introduced in 1.3.0.

Fixes include:

• Fixed a fatal error when attempting to clone a bad template-url stored in the answers.json file in your pdk cache. PDK will now detect the bad url, reset the template-url back to the default template, and display a warning before proceeding with the desired action.
• Updated the default template with the ability to customize the Rakefile during a pdk convert with a .sync.yml.
