builds for EL 10 - CentOS Stream 10 / AlmaLinux 10

Hi All,

The RHEL 10 is shapping:

CentOS Stream 10 is out:

AlmaLinux has their Kitten Variant

as well as they have also their AlmaLinux Beta10 available.

First minimal tests look like the EL9 packages just run fine on EL10.

Would be nice to have packages available for EL10
