Proposed Change to PR Triage day

Hey folks,

We'd like to reschedule our Puppet PR Triage session from Wednesdays 10-12 Pacific to Tuesdays 10-12 Pacific. Reasoning: Wednesdays are our sprint start days, and that's become a challenge to juggle into people's Wed schedules.

(This is no change to the Modules PR Triage on Thursdays.)

Ideally this change would take effect next Tuesday May 19th.

If you have opinions on that new time for Puppet PR Triage, please chime in here (or on IRC if that works better).
