Hey folks,

We're going to change Core PR Triage to be every other week instead of weekly, starting tomorrow March 22nd. Same time slot (Tuesdays at 10am Portland time).

Why the change? Two reasons:

* most of the smaller PRs get handled async anyway

* larger/harder PRs need more dedicated time than a single session (and often different participants)

So this is a bit of a process experiment, and we're happy to adjust it as we learn what works.
