Report Format 8 and 9 Documentation

Hello

I noticed that Puppet 5.4 produces Reports with the Format 8 and 5.5
with Format 9. But so far I was unable to find any documentation about
what the changes are. The last documented Format is 7 it seems:

Any chance we get some updated docs for those?

Garrett is working on updating that documentation. For now, the summary of the list of changes for formats 8 & 9:

* Report Format 8[1]: Added the `transaction_completed` flag. "Whether the transaction completed (e.g. didn't have an unrescued exception)."
* Report Format 9[2]: Added the `provider_used` field. "The provider name used by the resource"

Sorry about that, Andreas, and thanks for catching it. I've got a pull request up on the puppet-docs repo to resolve this. The pertinent commits with diffs of the docs changes between versions are:

-   https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet-docs/commit/734a0d80f974cbfde0312ede53f12e0a91d0896c for report version 7 to 8 (Puppet 5.3 to 5.4)
-   https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet-docs/commit/046eed66c63a9c6140ba1e6802c0542cf7d0b3a9 for report version 8 to 9 (Puppet 5.4 to 5.5)

There aren't significant differences in that PR beyond what Jacob's already noted.
